Additive is not the right answer for every part, and we will tell you when it is not. Build Volume and Designing for Additive

Our build envelope is 350mm in X, 320mm in Y, and 325mm in Z. If a part will not fit in a single build, that is not a dead end, we can print it in multiple pieces and join them. Designing for additive is its own craft, and small choices make a big difference. Adding chamfers to edges improves quality, and planning support thoughtfully keeps cost down, since extra support drives both time and price up.
We design with the process in mind from the start, so your part comes out strong where it needs to be and clean where it shows. If a feature needs a tight tolerance, we will tell you honestly whether it needs post-processing to get there.

Pick the Right Filament for the Job

The material is where additive really earns its place. We run a deep lineup of engineering filaments, each suited to different demands, from aerospace-grade dimensional stability to chemical resistance to flexible damping. Aerospace engineers in particular search for specific materials like PA12-CF and PPS-CF, and we machine and print the ones that matter.
Each filament has its own page with applications and trade-offs, and additive ties straight into the rest of the shop. A reverse-engineered part can be printed instead of machined, and printed parts pair with CNC milling when a job calls for both.
