Our Capabilities, One Integrated Scan to CAD to Production Workflow
Before you reach out, you probably want to know what we can actually do and what we run to do it. This page lays out our manufacturing capabilities plainly, no fluff. The short version is that we offer a complete scan to CAD to production workflow under one roof, which means a project can go from a physical part to finished components without ever leaving the building.
That integrated path is our biggest advantage, and it is worth understanding why. Every time a job hops between separate vendors, you risk delay, miscommunication, and parts that do not quite line up. When one team scans, models, prototypes, machines, and prints, the data stays consistent from the first capture to the last part.
The Workflow, Start to Finish
- Scan. Capture real geometry in-shop or on-site, even for large or undocumented parts.
- CAD. Reverse engineer the scan into clean, parametric models and drawings.
- Prototype. Machine or print a functional part to validate fit and function.
- Machine and print. Produce final parts on the mill or in engineering-grade filament.
- Produce. Run low-volume batches with consistency across the whole run.

File Formats and Keeping It Confidential
We work from solid-body CAD models and the formats engineers actually use, so getting us your data is rarely a hassle. We accept STEP, STL, OBJ, and 3MF files, and if you have no file at all, our scanning and reverse engineering can create one from the physical part.
If your project is sensitive, we are glad to put an NDA in place before you share anything. We will handle confidentiality, and any certification or traceability needs, openly and only commit to what we can truly deliver, consistent with the standards on our quality and certifications page. To see how all of this comes together, our service pages cover scanning, machining, and additive in detail. Tell us about your part, and we will show you the most direct route to making it.
