How We Prove the Part Is Right

Our inspection and metrology work uses 3D scanning to compare a finished part against its nominal CAD model, so you can see exactly where geometry lands. This is the same capability behind our inspection and metrology service, and it is especially valuable for first article inspection, weldment verification, and validating fixtures before a production run. Straight Talk on Tolerances and Finish

Good quality starts with a real conversation about requirements. Tolerance is not free, and tighter is not always better if your part does not need it. We will talk through the dimensional accuracy your application actually requires, whether a feature needs post-processing or secondary machining to hit a tight spec, and which surfaces need a quality finish versus which can stay as-machined or as-printed. Setting those expectations early keeps cost sensible and the result predictable.
